STYCCOBOND F74 is a single pack, moisture curing polyurethane adhesive suitable for fixing floorcoverings and for seaming synthetic grass carpets. It is water resistant and although it is suitable for outdoor use, it is not intended to be used as, or a substitute for a surface damp proof membrane. It is resistant to oil and grease and is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating systems.STYCCOBOND F74 can be used for securing needlepunched / fibre bonded carpets, synthetic grass carpets, PVC, latex, polyurethane and rubber backed carpets, vinyl and rubber floorings. Ball Recommended Adhesives Guide for details of specific floorcoveringsSTYCCOBOND F74 can be applied to STOPGAP smoothing underlayments, sound, smooth subfloors of concrete, granolithic, sand/cement screeds and plywood. When laying impervious floorcoverings onto non-absorbent subfloors e.g. vinyl flooring onto terrazzo, the subfloor must be prepared and skimmed with a minimum 3mm of the appropriate STOPGAP smoothing underlayment to assist curing.

Coverage Rate (Approx.)1.4m2 per kg with a 2mm x 6mm trowel, 2.35m2 per kg with 1.5mm x 5mm trowel or1.2m2 per kg with 3mm x 6mm trowel.
